My first night in Spain I spent in Maià De Montcal, north of Barcelona, on the edge of the Pyrenees mountains, on a horse farm,in a stone home warmed by wood fire, with the sound of cow bells in the distance at sunset, accompanied by two dogs and the kindest host.
